As a recognised affiliate (Affiliate) of Akeso Socks, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions within this Agreement (Agreement). Please read this Agreement meticulously before registering and promoting Akeso Socks as an Affiliate.
Your role in the Program is primarily to advertise our website legally to earn a commission on products bought by individuals referred to Akeso Socks via your website or personal referrals.
By registering for the Akeso Socks Affiliate Program (Program), you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Approval or Rejection of the Application
At our absolute discretion, we reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application. If your application is rejected, you have no legal recourse against us.
Commissions
Commissions are paid once a month. To receive a commission, the referred account must be active for at least 31 days.
You cannot refer yourself, and you will not earn a commission on your own accounts. Payments will only be processed for completed transactions. Transactions resulting in chargebacks or refunds won’t be paid.
Termination
Your affiliate status may be suspended or terminated for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Misleading advertisements.
- Spamming.
- Promotion on illegal activity sites.
- Failing to disclose the affiliate relationship in endorsements.
- Intellectual property rights violation.
- Offering rebates, coupons, or kick-backs.
- Self referrals, fraudulent transactions, or suspected Affiliate fraud.
Moreover, Akeso Socks retains the right to terminate any Affiliate account for any breaches of this Agreement or without reason.
Affiliate Links
You can use graphics and text links on your website and in emails. You may also advertise Akeso Socks in online and offline ads, magazines, and newspapers.
Approved graphics and text provided by us can be used, or you may create your own, given they’re deemed appropriate.
Coupon and Deal Sites
Occasionally, Akeso Socks provides coupons to select affiliates or our newsletter subscribers. If you’re not pre-approved or assigned a coupon, you’re prohibited from promoting that coupon. Affiliates must adhere to specific terms when considering product promotions related to deals or coupons.

Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy
PPC bidding is not permitted without prior written approval.
Liability
Akeso Socks isn’t liable for indirect or accidental damages due to affiliate tracking failures, database file losses, or any results of harmful intents towards the Program or our website(s).
Term of the Agreement
This Agreement begins upon your acceptance in the Program and terminates when your Affiliate account is closed.
We can modify this Agreement’s terms and conditions anytime. If you find any changes unacceptable, you should terminate your Affiliate account. Continuing in the Program means you accept any changes.
Indemnification
Affiliate agrees to indemnify and protect Akeso Socks, its affiliate and subsidiary companies, from all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to any misconduct or misrepresentation by the Affiliate.
Electronic Signatures
This Agreement is an electronic contract defining the legally binding terms of your role in the Akeso Socks affiliate program. Completing the Akeso Socks affiliate application process signifies your acceptance of this Agreement.
